MP Urges Residents: ‘Have Your Say on NHS’ | |
As part of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the NHS, Great Yarmouth MP Tony Wright is urging constituents to let him have their views on the National Health Service.
Tony Wright has launched a survey on his interactive website and is encouraging local people to complete it and let him know their views on the NHS, both nationally and locally.
Tony Wright said: “60 years since the NHS was established by a Labour Government, a lot has changed and while we celebrate 60 years of the health service, we also need to look to the future. We have a lot of NHS successes to celebrate in Great Yarmouth, including shorter waiting times, new doctors’ surgeries and a hospital that has achieved financial independence.
As your Labour MP, I want to ensure the Government continues to improve our local NHS services. To that end, I value your views and have launched a short survey on my website, www.tonywright4greatyarmouth.com, that I hope you can complete.
I will be feeding all the views I receive directly to the Health Secretary Alan Johnson for his attention”.
